Our story
Northpeak Advisory was founded in [year] by [founder names] after years leading operations and finance teams in growing companies. Too often they had hired consultants who left a long report and no one to help put it into practice.
So we built a firm that does the opposite: short diagnostics, practical plans and hands-on help with implementation. Today we advise founders, family businesses and leadership teams across [region]. Replace this with your own story.

Who we work with
Our clients are usually companies with 10 to 250 people that are growing quickly, changing direction or preparing for investment. They include founder-led businesses, second-generation family companies and leadership teams brought in to turn a business around.
We take on a limited number of clients at a time so partners stay closely involved. If we're fully booked, we'll tell you when we can start rather than handing your project to a junior team.
